A small pilot has seen some remarkable breakthroughs by using etanercept to treat patients who are suffering from Alzheimer's. Entanercept is a biological antagonist of TNF Alpha which Tobinick and Gross have evidence to suggest is centrally involved in the onset of AD symptoms.
